Waiting

I finally finished my six psychologist appointments.  Monday the lady from Premier Bariatrics, Community hospitals, sent my paperwork in to my insurance company, UHC.  So now I am just waiting! I hope I get approved, I can't wait to feel good about myself, not be self concious when I walk in front of people, be able to buy clothes other than at Layne Bryant, and see my collar bone!!! I want to lose at least 130 pounds. I have quit smoking, which was very hard!  I hope to join everyone else on the losers bench soon!! I have been looking for protein drinks that taste decent, no luck yet. My husband bought the Wii Fit for me yesterday, and I have been working out on that, my legs are so sore!  It is a good workout. 

Congrats on quitting smoking, I also quit last Aug and it was very difficult.  I was approved yesterday by UHC, it took 15 days from the day they recieved it.  I do not have a surgery date yet.  I bought some of the Body Fortress whey protein from WalMart and I really like it.  I have both chocolate and vanilla, however its my understanding that your tastes may change after surgery so I wont bother to get any more just yet.  There is a place where you can buy samples online fairly cheaply, maybe someone on this board knows the place I am thinking about and can help you with an address.  Good luck to you on your approval, that was a nerve wrecking wait for me.  Jeannie
