Yep, been there-done that. Your body is trying to catch up with all of the dramatic changes
- don't weigh yourself
everyday~ take your measurements, and remember you are ok!
It is common for our bodies to rest, the weight will come off. Just keep focuasing on your water, protien, walking, and you'll do fine!
