I am soooo excited!

I weighed in today like well....everyday...and I am down 34 lbs in only 4 weeks!!!!  Just wanted to share. Thanks Kim

Congrats Kim! I have yet to weigh since leaving the hospital. I don't own a scale and so I am going to the Y at Frankfort today sometime to weigh myself. When we were taking advantage of our membership we weighed weekly and now we haven't done  that for a couple of months. Well Kim take care and keep up the good work!

Tracey-  I am still on Full Liquid.  However, I have had grilled chicken shredded.  I didn't have trouble, but I will probably be in trouble with the nuts when I see them on Monday.  I was just craving some flavor. Best wishes, kim
