Angel Update

Hi everyone jusr thought I'd let you know surgery is done and I'm doing okay. Dr. Jones found a small hernia and fix it so I'm alittle more sore than expected but doing. I've done 3 laps already and ready ro do more. I'm taking it and doing whar rhey say. thanks for all the support and prayers. Angel

thanks for the support, i'm doing pretty well, i'm sitting up in a chair and i've done 8 laps already. Little pain but overall doing pretty well. Thanks for the support, Angel
