My 6 month check-up and photos

Last thursday was my 6 month check up with Dr. Gupta.  I have lost 100 pounds and 20 inches off my waist!!  I never realized how much I had actually lost until Marilyn sent me the pics from St. V's and then, wow!!! I feel so much better now.

Here are my pics:Dec. 4th 2007.  274 pounds

And here's now, June 12, 2008, 174 pounds.  Oh, and I got a hair cut last month too, it was falling out to bad to leave it long.  But I am really starting to like it now.  And everyone said it makes me look even younger too!!
