Where do you get them and what are they called?  I just got my packet today and they want me to start high protein, low carb diet. The also sugest protein drinks.

I get mine at www.bariaticeating.com  It is a great resource.  They have all kind of protein choices.  They have a sample pack that helped me decide which kinds that I like. The bullet is a very concentrated amount of protein that tastes like jello.

Melissa gets hers from GNC and loves them 42 grams of protien. she mixes them with 20 ounces of water and gets her water and her protien at one time..different flavors at different GNC's  OH YEA the are NuWhey Linda Kay

GNC or the Vitimin Shop.  They are a little pricey but after your surgery just 2 a day will get in all your protein vs drinking like 4 shakes a day.  I hate the taste but I hold my nose and chase them with water.  I tried adding them to water but for me that just prolonged tha taste.  The ones with only 27 g of Protein were o.k. but the oes with 42 grams are tough fo rme, but I have been taking them anyway.

I couldn't stomach my grape Bullet... I too got it from Baratric Eating .com, but was lucky enough for one of the moms on Parkers baseball team bought the rest off of  me....
