My first REAL "WOW" moment

Well today was my first check up with Dr. Gupta.  I'm 7 weeks out today and I had lost 34 pounds which I thought was just OK, but then they measured my Waist, and I have lost  10 inches !!! I was shocked.  Over the weekend I also tried on pants that were 3 sizes smaller and they fit, then I found out they had a TUCk in the back too.  I was thrilled!!  The main key is water, walking and STAY POSITIVE! Congratulations! You are doing so fantastic, and believe me the wonderful moments just keep getting better.

Oh sweetie you are just a few m onths out... the WOW's have only just begun but arent they terrific??? I remember the first time my husband squeezed my shoulder and said... you have bones in there!! Or the first time I pulled my pants down in the bathroom and realized I forgot to unzip them... Or looking at the skinny blue jeans in the laundry and wondering whose they were....OPPS they were mine!!Best wishes on future WOW's we all need and appreciate them!! Linda Kay
