Don't go by the charts, go by what your Dr. says is best for you. My Dr's goal for me still has me in the obese range but for my large frame and at 6' tall there is no way I can fit into the tables. So go with what Doc says is best for you and be happy where ever that may be!

Good morning all!

Today is my 'Friday'. Tomorrow, is Bill's eye surgery, Thursday is doctor appointments. And Friday, we'll be taking off for Indiana Beach. but..let's get through today first! LOL! I just have some computer stuff to do today. Oh, but to have the desire to do it......NOT! 

TODAY is the LAST day to sign up for the Secret Elf Exchange! There were still 77 people who hadn't responded this morning when I checked. Even if you don't want to particpate, I'd appreciate it if you'd respond by 'declining'. (Linda V...I'll check when I get home tonight & see if it took your 'accept'.  If it didn't, I'll accept it for you). If anyone else didn't get the invite and DO want to participate, send me a note ASAP so I can get you an invitation sent. Remember that you also have to be on the Directory to participate. Anyone who does not join by the end of today will hae to wait until January 2009 to participate.

Don't forget to let me know what your protein & vitamin preferences are so Bill can start researching other stuff besides just AchievOne!

Good morning to all of my Hoosierland friends. Nothing much is happening here today.

I am suffering from such a headache and have been since going to the opthalmologist's last Friday. I have to give him a call this morning since he told me to call if I get anything like this. He wasn't there yesterday and so today is the day.

I am going to stay home and work on my service for Sunday. I am doing it and there is a lot of work to do the preparation for them. I never thought about the work that is going into them but now I know just what the Pastor's put in to them. I never take them for granted any more. I am doing the sermon on forgiveness and how that is a mercy that we have to extend to others. So far so good but it is in the beginning stages. Ask me again at the end of the week.

For some reason this place wasn't letting me post. It just kept coming up there was errors and I couldn't get it to work. I finally thought that I was going to try the editor button and here and I changed it to HTML Editor #2. I am not sure what they do but it worked and here I am posting to you all. I guess I must have done something right since the computer hasn't blown up yet. I consider that a good thing! With me messing with them anything is liable to happen. lol

It is suppose to be hot all week. Channel 2 weatherman who I think is the greatest said that this week is going to be hottest one we have had all summer so far. It is most definetly the hottest one in July so far. The humidity is suppose to be stiffeling. I went to the grocery store yesterday and a woman was bringing out her cart with the groceries and she just stood and she was sweating something terrible. I felt sorry for her. She stood and wiped her face off and then she went on to her car. It is getting trecherous out there. The temps are only in the high 80's and low 90's but the humidity is some serious problems for many.

I better get going. I hope that everyone has a wonderful and blessed day. I am sending love and hugs to all with prayers for everyone too. Special ones are being said for those in need of them.

Ahh, good tuesday morning,

Its 11.00, and I have been to plainfield to drop off tyler at football. Then Iwent to the gym and burned off 450 calories.whew, came home gathered green beans and snapped them now off to the shower then to pick up Tyler. Last night Tyler started Drivers Ed! I can not wait until he gets his license and can drive himself everywhere! Tommorrow is my Birthday and I am off and going to the pool to hang out! Terry waS GOING TO TAKE ME TO bEEF AND BOARDS for my Birthday but I was able to get Ty into drivers ed for the next 3 weeks, MY God could that be anymore expensive. 420.00. Holy crap, so there goes my bday present but if it gets his license sooner thats ok!He will be 16 in 2 weeks from tommorrow. We are 18 years and 2 weeks apart. So we pretty much grew up together.

I am goona try to make it to support group then, so If anyone is gonna be at the Clarian support group tommorrow, I might see ya! Have a great day. I work tonight.....XOXO shanna

As much as I'd love to I don't think I am going to make the clothing exchange. I'm coming down with a nasty cold that is in my chest already and I just feel like crap.

We're supposed to go to Holiday World Friday I sure hope it clears up by then.
