I'm back, with some wow moments to share...

Sorry about the lack of my posting for the past 6 months or so. Just been real busy, and trying to find a new job. But I'm still kickin...
Well, a couple weeks ago, I did something I would have never even attempted to do prior to my surgery. I went to Hawaii!!!
While there, I hiked a dormant volcano. .7miles up, including 271 steps. It was so wonderfully amazing, and bueatiful up there. Words can not really describe it.
Also, I rented a moped, and rode it all over downtown Honolulu. It was pretty cool too.
Just thought I would share my wow moments with you.

You've been busy huh. I have bben to Hawaii, too. I hope I get to go back skinny this time, Last time I was 300 pounds. I just can't imagine how fun it would be if I could have the energy to "enjoy" It.....Shanna
