I am 14 weeks out and have hit a stand still on the scales for the past 11 days... nothing has changed, exercising, food is the same.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! :)

your body is probably in a "catch up" phase.check your measurements, you will probably find that you are still losing inches as you body re-adjusts. keep doing the right things and the scale will start to move again soon. also, if you arent getting in quite all your protien, you mibht want to up it just a bit. good luck!

 drink more water and eat more protein. change up the way you get your protein...either change your supplement, powder, bar, kind of meat or milk product, etc. also, change your exercise routine.

keep your spirits up. your body shape will change during this time though your weight might not. i've been stuck for a month with little to no weight loss, but i'm almost in a size 22 now. all my 24s are big though they were tight when this lag started.

Don't be down on yourself because things like this happen. More than we care to have them happen in fact. lol

The one thing that I have found when I hit a stall is that I must practice PEW again. That is simple to remember because it is~

P=protein
E=exercise
W=water

That has always worked for me because it kind of jumpstarts the process up again.

Hope it works for you. I am sure it will.

You are just ina small stall. Usually happens about that time. Just do everything that the girls above suggested. It shall pass, I know how frustrating it can get and then I will drop alot very fast..Example..this week and a half alone I have went from 171 to 163 pounds. I just focus on my fluids and protein and exercise. I was also holding on to 3-4 pounds of fluid but the rest was pounds... Hang in there
