I was just wondering if there was going to be an ornament exchange this year. I missed out on it last year, but would love to attend this year.

From what I gather from last year everyone brings an ornament and your exchange them with someone. I think you bring a pouch friendly dish and just sit around and chat. Sounds like fun to me!

I, too, missed last years. I WILL NOT miss this years!  I remember Floyd posting something about it several months ago, but other than that I haven't seen anything else about it!  I can't wait tho! I love getting together with everyone and having a blast as always!  Have a great day!

Jenny,

Last year's was hosted by Floyd & Brenda..who are definately wonderful hosts. This Christmas, I know they plan on spending the holidays with her family. I don't know if thie means that they won't be hosting the exchange this year or not. I sincerely hope they do because they are so wonderful at it. If they don't, we may have to resort to having it at a restaurant (like we did a few years ago).  We will be having it though.

The exchange usually is ~the first Saturday in December. Keep an eye out for postings about it. It, like so many other activities, has just blossomed! Linda Kay hosted the first one and I think there were only 5 of us I think. Last year, I believe it was 5-10 times that amount!

I already have mine & Bill's ornaments for the exchange!!

Jessyca,

Thank you but I can take no credit for those sayings. I ran accross each of them when I most needed them...the first from a signature line of a co-worker and the 2nd was a tag Bill (my dh) had with some funnies. That seems to be where I am right now...in the hallway. I figured if I could relate, so can others! I felt it was more important for those to be in my signature line than my ticker at this point.
