I have to add my congrats and best wishes. 
I remember anxiously and impatiently waiting for approval and getting schaeduled. It seemed like the day would never get here. Now it has been a wonderfull 2 1/2 years for me since surgery. I would change a thing. You have a wonderful surgeon by the way. I didn't want to use him until I met him. You really don't get the chance to know your surgeon till after surgery. (atleast I didn't) I found Dr Evanson to be warm and genuine. He believes in what he is doing and does a good job at it. He only expects you to do your part.
Time will fly
by now and you will be on the lose bench also.
