Early Saturday Mornin'

Good morning!  What was in the air or the water here in IN last night?  I didn't sleep well either.  I was awake about 2:20-3:30.  Thank heavens I was able to go back to sleep (I usually can't once I am awake I am awake) but then I slept in until 8:30!  I was shocked when I looked at the clock.  I guess I must have needed it. 
Nothing much happening on this end.  Micah will be off to go study soon,  Emily is at her dad's for the weekend.  So it will be just me and the dog.  The house needs attention in a bad way and with the crummy wet weather outside, I might as well get down to business. 
Ellen, I sure hope your family in Houston is OK.  Have you heard from them yet?  Did they evacuate?  I was in a category 1 hurricane when we lived in Florida many years ago.  No way would I do that again.  At least with a hurricane you have several days advance warning that it is headed your way so you can prepare.  Here in IN we have tornados to contend with with little to no advance warning.  They scare me worse. 
Hope Linda and Misty get their meds straightened out.  I know some of what you gals are going through.  My prayers are with you.  Brighter days to come.
Hope our newbies are doing well.  Hang in there.  Each day is an adventure in your new life.
