I just finished reading "I'm Not the New Me......a memoir" By Wendy McClure.  It is about her life and her struggles with weight.  It is actually a pretty funny book, in certain places.  It really makes you think about what we go thru in trying to be "perfect" in every way!  She doesn't have WLS either, but just works hard at it.  It is an easy read too!  Those are the best kind!
Next, I am on to "A Stranger is Watching" by Mary Higgins Clark........I like spooky thrillers in October!  Go figure!
At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!

I recently read "Whale Done".  It is a great book about how to improve your interpersonal relationships with employees/co-workers and spouses/children.  It is a quick and easy read and reminds the reader of how we interacted with our children when they were first learning to walk and talk.  It is based on conversations a businessman had with one of the trainers of the killer whales at Sea World and the theories really work.  I started using them with my 14 yr old and saw an immediate difference in his attitude and cooperation!
