I thought I would share this recipe I found for White Chili, just in case anyone else wants to try it!  It is really yummy, and relatively simple to make.  Hope you enjoy it!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
19-20 oz ground turkey  (I used a little more for my family)
4 Tbsp chili powder (or more to taste)
2 (4 oz.) cans of chopped green chilies
2 (15 oz.) cans of Great Northern of Cannellini beans
3 cups of chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
Brown turkey in a large pot over medium heat until no longer pink.  Add chili powder and chili peppers; saute 10 minutes. Add beans and chicken broth; simmer up to 1 hour.  Stir in sour cream; heat through.  Makes 6-8 servings.
I also added a few drops of Franks Red Hot to my bowl just to add a little more flavor.  Everything else is better with Franks!
We just cooked a turkey on the grill Sunday...may use the left overs for this. I can eat the shredded but not the ground turkey. Your recipes are always good......
I love, love, love white chili!  I use Paula Dean's recipe off of foodnetwork.com.  I roast the chicken before putting it in the soup.  I also use dried beans. Mmmmmm....
LaChelle, this one sounds super easy!  I love putting in the sour cream right before eating it.  I also add some fresh slices of avocado.
Thanks for sharing,
Jacqui
