Ive worked all night so I didnt eat any carbs....just had some protein but when I wake up today Im joining in. I cant wait to detox my body...I need a big jump start back to a healtier way of eating. Ive gotten very lazy lately. Need to stop these old habits from crawling back before they become new habits again. I plan on having Atikins low carb protein shakes today and some sugar free puddings. Ive already got them bought and ready to go. Im also thinking about making a pot of soup...probably cream of broccoli blended till smooth.
Day three will be the hard one for me. What can I have with my orange roughy....can I have salsa on it??? I need something on my fish...

Good morning, I'm here and ready, ( I guess) for the test to begin. Brought my protein shakes to work and the bean soup, didn't have a blender so not quite pureed, but pretty close. I'm hoping to stay on track. I've have gotten so lax abou****ching what I eat and have seen the old eating habits creep back in along with some extra pounds. I need to do this for me and my health. I refuse to go back to where I was. Glad I'm not alone on this journey.

i am actually not a bit hungry...lol...yet
i have been sippin all day on my sf lemonade...had a sf instant carnation breakfast.....bean soup......and made some sf vanilla puddin had bout 2 ounces.....supper....not sure yet...not hungry....
might do a protein shake....or tomato or mushroom soup
i just made some lime and strawberry jello.....so who knows in a few hours what i will do....lol
where is Jacqui.....she is the reason i am doing this...i hope all is well and she is doin well on this today....

I had the one adkins for my breakfast and Ive had 2 servings of Deans fat free skim milk. Each has 90 calories and 13 carbs and 9 proteins plus one liter of water. I did go to the store and buy some of the V8 tomato soup. I plan on having it in an hr or so.
I'll continue to update u. Im still in and was hungry when we were out shopping and I could smell the food from all the restraunts but its all in my head cause as long as Im at home I do just fine.
Are we the only 2 doing this....what happened to everyone else....so weak they cant post???

i ended up eatin a lil mushroom soup for super.....i honest;y did well today...needed to get more water in....but i am not goin to bed quite yet.... i do miss crunchy....would love some nuts to chomp on....but all is good so far.....
