Thanks, everyone was nice for the most part but it was very bothersome that they gave me practically NO follow up information for a psychiatrist soooo they just gave me a bunch of pills with 1 month of a refill and every psychiatrist I've contacted either isn't taking new patients OR has a 3 + month wait. :( Plus the psych that visited me a few times refused to believe me when I told her multiple times that I can't have extended release meds so I don't feel like my meds are right because my anti depressant AND mood stabilizer are both XL and wear off a lot quicker than normal... With the Wellbutrin instead of the full 24 hour or whatever you get with the XL I start spiraling a few hours later. Thankfully they gave me an anxiety pill too but I have to take that on a schedule so when my anxiety attack**** me between I'm up a creek.

Misty we are here for you, dont ever forget that.
However like Sherri said it doesnt matter who you turn to as long as you have someone to turn to.
You just take it 1 step at a time and you will get through this.
I have been thinking about you a lot.
