Hoosier Accountability - Monday!
Hi all! I did a little better today. Made some homemade chicken and noodles and it was really good, if I do say so myself! I can't eat much of it, though, because the noodles fill me up so quickly. I try to go for the chicken first!
Breakfast: Hot Click
Snack: A few light Pringles (smacking hand, gotta cut that out)
Lunch: About 3/4 cup chicken & noodles
Snack: Skinny mocha latte
Dinner: Lunch Buckets chili
That's it so far...I'm heading out for my workout. When I get back I might have a mini-bag of Kettle Korn. Did pretty well with my water today.

Hey Jenny! I need to get my butt in gear and work out....
My husbands uncle is the hospital and it doesn't look good. So, I have my MIL staying with us b/c the uncle is in the hospital closer to us. I have been in a waiting room most of the weekend. Then his brother's girlfriend gave birth to twins on Saturday and one of them died. So, we have a LOT going on! I don't even know what I ate today....I gotta think.
B: 3 oz oatmeal
S: UH...I licked some cake batter off my beater (first time I have baked since RNY and I didn't even think about it until it was done) .....and I had a few cucumber slices...
L: 1/4 leftover chicken ques.
D: 3 oz meatloaf 2 bites of green beans
S: 2 bites of cake (previously mentioned)
I did bad on water today. But I am going to try to get another bottle in....and pee all night.

Ok, I haven't seen a pre-op person post on this thread ever, but I need to confess. The last two days I have really overeaten...at night. Two nights ago I ate all but one piece of a round cake. Last night I binged on a bag of raw vegetables! I absolutely knew this was not hunger... either time I did this as I chomped on another celery stick! Geez! I need to get this stress/head hunger thing under control!
Tonight is better...no binging, just drinking water. Thanks for allowing me some honesty. Ouch! Christina

Hang in there, Christina! We've all done it, that's why we needed the surgery! Do you have to do a pre-op liquid diet? I only had to do three days, but I've seen some people have to do a week or two! Sheesh!

I am so tired....OMG I have been nonstop since I can remember. Last night I curled up on the couch and watched batman begins on fx. I am in the middle of an allergic reaction to something so I am completely broken out. UGGG
