Shanna, I am hoping ot make the exchange and/or the St. V party......I jsut have to check hubby's schedule and go from there. I would love to see everyone it just seems that time get away from me so easily...the curse of getting older! lol

Welcome back home.  So happy God provided you the opportunity for the closure you needed and the time you could spend with your sister.

My late husband and I used to live outside Vegas and I loved the winters.  A winter storm could bring snow on the mountains, but a few hours later it would be warm and melt.  Unlike here where it snows and stays for days.

Julie, We wnet up on Mt Charleston a year ago October and I LOVED it there! Cool, pine air and it was snowing! Totally awesome! I would hate the drive in the winter up there though.....
