Hoosier Accountability - Tuesday
Well, I've had a great day work-wise and fun-wise, but not eating-wise. Doggone it, I've got to get this carb thing under control. I haven't eaten a LOT, but I'm eating things I KNOW I shouldn't.
Breakfast: Hot Click, one bite of my husband's donut (idiot!)
Snack: A handful of Cheese-Its, a few light Pringles (moron!)
Lunch: About 1/4 - 1/2 cup chicken & noodles
Dinner: House salad at Cracker Barrel with Mom...not much calorie-wise, but very little protein
Snack: 1/2 donut (fool!) If my husband and son don't finish these things off tonight, I'm throwing them away.
Now: Drinking another mug of Click to get some protein
Walked around a flea market this afternoon...tomorrow morning I'll be going to the Wellness Center for a good workout. AND, I'm going to stay away from the carbs!! It's about time for curse week, maybe that's the problem.
