well, i will be 3 months out on friday. i have lost 52.6# since surgery for a grand total of 111.6#. as far as eating goes, i am eating just about anything i want and of course i am focusing on protein first. i was feeling really tired so, after running some labs, we decided i should start getting my b12 twice a month. if i look kinda puny in my new picture, its cause i am currently fighting pneumonia( nothing to do with surgery).

1 month before surgery - 291#

3 months out - 229.4#
