Well, How'd You Do?

I didn't do an accountability thread yesterday for obvious reasons!

How'd everyone do? I kinda goofed up...didn't eat too much or too fast, though. I had about three bites of white meat turkey, a couple of bites of corn, and couple of bites of mashed potatoes...and it got stuck. My pouch started hurting and I had to excuse myself to the bathroom and throw up.  It took about 20 minutes in the bathroom to finally finish. NOT what I had in mind! I think the problem was everything I ate was too dry. I sipped a little milk during the meal, hoping that would soften it up, but apparently it wasn't enough. Oh well...when I felt better I enjoyed the time with my family, so it was still a nice day. We stopped at my mother's on the way home and I ate a slice of ham that went down okay. Then later in the evening I had some beanie weenies, since obviously my protein was low. Thank goodness for my morning Click!

All in all, it was a nice day...except for the hurling part.   Hope your eating went a little better!

I did really well.  I have to thank my sisters for that.  They made sure there was plenty of "pouch" foods for us.  I did cheat a bit.  I had one teaspoon of pumpkin pie.  But I didn't eat anything else I shouldn't have.  I had ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, and then later in the day I ate some of my Carmel Apple Salad that I got the recipe from here.  It was amazing and everyone ate it without even knowing it was "pouch" food.  LOL.

The time with my family was amazing.  Ashley went to see Chaz at Attabury since they were allowed to have visitors.  I was happy they got to be together.  Can't wait til tomorrow.  I'm kinda nervous/ excited for him to be here... FINALLY!  So, finishing up the yard sign with the munchkins today to welcome Sgt. Swain home!

Hugs to all my peeps!

This is my 2nd day at stage 3 so I get to eat some real food.
I ate dark meat turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and thanks to my friend jean s/f cranberry sause she made.  The cranberry sause was GREAT  it made my small dinner.
