biotin

do you guys cut your biotin in half, or is it small enough for the pouch?  how  long after the surgery do you have to cut your pills in half, forever?

I take mine whole.  I have never cut any pills in half.  I didn't take anything until two weeks post-op, but at that time I was cleared to take my pills whole.

The biotin is small and you can easily handle it.  Be sure to take it... the hairloss can show up pretty quick.
