Hi guys! Had a great day today...Thanksgiving #2 Dinner went great! No ralphing this time. Took it easy, and ham seems to go down a lot better than turkey for me.

Breakfast: Hot Click
Lunch:  Bowl of Frosted Flakes (I know, I know, but boy, was it good!)
Dinner: Small slice of ham, dollop of mashed potatoes, dollop of applesauce, a couple of bites of peach cobbler

Now we're gonna decorate our tree. Have a great evening!

I am having a good eating day today.

B: scrabled egg w/cheese & slice whole wheat toast
L: Spam Lite and carrots
S: protein drink
D: undecided probably a yogurt

I set a goal to get under 200 lbs by New Years Day, 8 lbs to go.

Breakfast: AcheivOne protein shake
Lunch: 2 bites of DH's pizza
snack: glass of vitamin water
Dinner: I have no clue yet? I really want a crab cake but noone makes it without it being all filler.
