Lady J -
I guess they forgot to tell us when they sold us tickets to the loosers bench we'd freeze our butts off FREE of charge! I've started wearing long johns and work in an office where I went from burning up to freezing in 3 mos. Sux to loose all the insulation we've spent years building
Like Michelle, I type all day long and my hands get cold - cut the fingers out of a cheapy pair of gloves and I'm good to go. Maybe I'll move to warmer weather

52 lbs lost before surgery!!

Just wanted to chime in and say that I am in the same boat. I wear a very warm coat for the first time since I was a kid. Before I had surgery I was always hot. Now, my electric blanket is my best friend! I always turn it on to warm the bed up about 20 mintues before I go to sleep....mmmm, so warm!!

i have toe and hand warmers (for people who hunt or work outdoors in the winter) i crack them open and shove them in my gloves and socks....did i mention i sleep with an electric blanket and a comforter, and i still freeze??
on a funny note, i live with my hot-flashing mother who is constantly on my case about everything....so when she gets to me, i just tell my dad i am cold and he cranks up the heat....childish? yes, but its worth it!!
