Hoosier Accountability - Sunday

Hi everyone!

Breakfast:  Hot Click
A little later: One slice of 35 calorie toast with peanut butter and a little jelly, a little milk
Lunch:  Two small squares of thin crust pizza
Dinner: A few bites of cubed steak, dollop of mashed potatoes, crescent roll
Snack: Chewy SweetTart

Did a mini-workout here at home...some upper body free weight work and stretching. I'll go to the gym and get on the treadmill tomorrow evening.

I am having a good eating day.

B: grilled chicken w/ a lil shredded lettuce and cheese
L: turkey chili
D: probably have a yogurt before bed.

I worked today so staying on track is easy if I can just get past the first couple of hours of being home.  I am always so thirsty and hungry when I first get in from work.  I don't have a scale at home (intentially) so I haven't weighed myself in a few days so I will probably go to Curves tomorrow so I can weigh.

B: 3 oz chicken breast, about 10 french fries and 2 oz or so of broccoli from Applebees
L: a pb&J uncrustables (sugar dropped and this is what was offered)
S: Dannon light yogurt
D: 3 oz lean ground beef, pasta sauce over ricotta but was only able to eat like 1/2 of it.
