St V's exercise program

Good evening to all of you,
I hope you have had a good weekend.  Except for the disappointment of our Colts loss
Have any of you gone to the exercise program at St V's in Carmel after you're surgery?  I'm just wondering if you like it.  Do you have some thoughts on it????
