Monday Morning!
Glad to hear that Brenda is FINALLY home.
Yesterday was the first time we, as a family, went to church and the Pastor asked if I had anything special that I wanted out of my first experience at church - I immediately asked for prayers for Brenda and Sherri's step daughter. I'm so so so glad Brenda's prayers were answered. Bless you both!!
Blessings To You Both

I am ready to take on the day and get it over with. Today is a hard day for me. I lost my mom 10 years ago this morning. I usually spend the whole day crying a bit and feeling so alone. Today I am going to try and focus on the great things she contributed to my life and the wonderful person that she was. It's so hard because I miss her so much. I find it so hard to get thru this day every year.
I am going to have lunch with a friend from church and then I am going to the gym with a friend at 5pm so I will kinda keep busy. I am also on standby for Chad so when Kim comes out of surgery and they decide if she can go home or not, I can go pick up the kids from school if he needs me to.
I will be trying to keep busy so if any of you need me... Just text me! LOL
Huge hugs,
Tracy
Today... Today.....
I'm just gonna try to enjoy today. No RSD swelling... I can walk, put socks and shoes on today. I don't hurt. So I'm just gonna enjoy today.
Need to see my therapist today.
Also need to see a local surgeon today to have some tumors removed hopefully soon (then I'll really feel better).
Gonna have lunch with Q.
A friend of mine had her RNY the 23rd of December so I'm gonna go walking with her later on tonight at the Rec Center (across the street literally from my house). It's nice to have someone that's understanding of WLS to walk and exercise with, don't you all agree? She just started the mushy stage. Ulisha, if you read this post... we are walking around 6 or 7 pm tonight and then between 9 or 11 am the rest of the week, if you'd like to join us.
Went to church for the first time as a family yesterday. Not exactly how I feel about the experience. Still processing it.
Hope everyone has a blessed day. Lots of prayers for Brenda's recovery, Shellie's (Sherri's step daughter) health and upcoming surgery, always prayers for Ms Gail (to comfort her heart and find her companionship), and blessings for everyone and anyone hurting, healing, broken, struggling, happy or sad.
Blessings

Hi Everyone,
Today is another work day. I am at work. I have tested a few kids this morning. I will continue to do that through the day. My assistant and I have to test all the first and second grade students. It's lots of fun.
I hope everything goes well for those of concern today. I know there are many trials to be overcome today. But always remember you can share those trials here and divide the sorrow.
