Administrative Enterprises (AEI) Insuranace??

Has anyone been approved for the Lap Band through AEI? I live in Arizona and there is an exclusion against "Weight Loss Surgery" (it doesn't specify band or bypass) UNLESS you meet three criteria...which I do...but I have heard that getting Lap approved is much tougher. Anyone with AEI know someone who got the band approved? I had an RNY in 2002 and it worked, but my stoma is TOTALLY open and is now letting my intestines fill with food instead of my pouch, and the only way to correct it permanently is to Band the stoma area. My insurance is viewing this as a new weight loss surgery, NOT a revision. UGG!!!!
