Is there anyone here who has a "low" BMI per the insurance company, like in the 35 - 37 range that has been approved?

My friend was covered by CIGNA PPO with a BMI of 35.3. She had co-morbidities -Sleep Apnea, High Blood Pressure. With CIGNA, the approval is BMI over 35 with CO-Morbs or 40 with no CO-Morbs.
