Approved!! Empire BC/BS

Just wanted to let everyone know that Empire BC/BS (indemnity plan) approved my lapband surgery  on the first submission!  Sent the documents in on Friday and got approved 6 days later!   AND the heathcare manager was happy for me!  She congratulated me!  and said good luck!  So excited!!!

Congrats!!!  I just got my approval on Wednesday too. Was sent in on the 30th and approved on the 31st!!!  I figured I would be the one who had to wait 3 months for approval. Im so happy I can hardly focus!!!
