Help with UMR

Hey Everyone!! I'm new to this website, and I couldn't be more happier that I've found it! I have found such GREAT information on here!! I am just beginning my journey to seek surgery for my obesity. I have PCOS and considered morbidly obese. After a phone conversation with my insurance company, I've found out that they do not cover Weight Loss Surgery--even if it is medically needed. I was hoping someone would have information for me to read on, or that any other users who have UMR could give me advice as to what my next step would be. Any and all information is greatly appreciated!
