Anyone have AvMed??? (State Fl. Employee)

Hello, I work for the state of fl, AvMed is my carrier,  My BMI is 42, I want to know if they require 6 month diet and how long is the approval process with them?

Hello. You will have to contact AvMed to find out their surgery requirements and if they will pay for it.  Also, your surgeon's office may be famaliar with their requirements. Sorry.
