Help! - BC/BS of NJ playing games

Hello all: I think BC/BS of NJ is playing games right from the starting gate.  They don't accept faxed documentation, so my surgeon's office had to mail it.  She did so on January 30.  She sent the package to the address that both she and I confirmed independently with BC/BS.  What a surprise, they haven't received it.  I'm getting the impression this is a standard operating practice by them to stall.  We have since sent a second package, return receipt requested.  If again, I get a runaround, can you advise me who typically I can call to register a complaint?  I'm about ready to drive to Jersey and hand deliver it! I feel your pain.  I have BCBS of Michigan and the same thing happened to me.  My documentation had to be submitted twice for them to finally receive it.  I was ultimately denied due to lack of proof of my weight loss attempts.  I am currently working with my PCP getting all my ducks in a row. I hope things go better for you. -Traci
