BC BS of IL--just begining

Hi All, I am very new and actually have not even been to see my pcp about the referral, we have discussed before my weight so he knows it is a concern for me, but never discussed the bypass surgery. I have never seen a nutrictionist or a pshciatrist.   I am just trying to find out if anyone has insurance with BC BS of IL in Massachusetts or anywhere for that matter and knows the length of process and all that info?!?! Any information would be greatly aprreciated Amanda
