denied

I've just been denied by my insurance company (Aetna)....I’ve been told my two different people from Aetna different  reasons , one told me I had  to  have my pcp to send in a letter of medical necessity. The other told me something about the 6 months supervised diet was not noted.  The question I have now is what to do next??  I did a supervised diet 2 years ago and it was noted in my doctor’s notes. What should I do now?

Have you gotten your denial letter yet?  It should state the exact reason why you were denied.
