Blue Cross Blue Shield

I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield , but it also says on my card TeamCare/Central States Southeast Health and Welfare Fund.  It is through the Teamsters.  My card says BlueCross and BlueShield on it and all approvals are approved through them.  I am awaiting approval and would like to know if anyone has this insurance?   Thanks, Lollie06

Hi, My name is Pam and I have the same insurance please let me know what you find out. I called central states and they they did not cover it but I could appeal it. It is the craziest insurance to understand with so many names.Any help would be appreciated.
