Can't get a straight answer!!!

I can't seem to get a straight answer from my HR department or from UHC about what is needed to qualify.  They did say it is covered that is it....other than height, weight, BMI and that I need to go to a Center of Excellence.  Is it too much to ask what it takes to qualify so I can get this done in all one shot.  If I need a history, then tell me, a supervised diet (which I have been told numerous times that I do not by UHC, but does that really mean anything).  I have been through all my appointments just waiting for clearance from the surgeon to submit to the insurance.   Thanks for letting me vent! Maybe you will by blessed and a high BMI and a center of Excellence is it! Your insurance advocate should be able to tell you more. I hope you are approved and on your way VERY soon!
