Well this was a huge misunderstanding!!!

Just when I thought they had reached a previous all-time low, Anthem BC/BS has just now decided that my secondary which is the state Medicaid program, is now the primary!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't that funny?  They are grasping at straws to keep from paying for my revision. I have NO EXCLUSION in my policy!!!!!!!!!! What should I do now? Vanessa  Edited at 2:48 p.m. I just found out that the provider's office got the DENIAL from my secondary and not my primary!!! I have almost had a heart attack. How cruel!!! I even asked her if she was sure that she had spoken with the primary insurance carrier and she said, "Yes"!!!

Just curious....how do you have Medicaid and BC/BS?

In Tennessee you can have a commercial as primary and TennCare as secondary if you are considered uninsurable, which I am.
