Humana of Louisiana

I have Humana of Louisiana Total Health Choice HMO. What are my chances of being approved for breast reduction & abdominoplasty at the same time. I do have medical reasons for both. Breasts are dbl K's and the skin apron on my belly gets rashes all the time. Going to see th PS tomorrow and I want to be optimistic but I have been shot down so many times by other insurances I am a little afraid. Patience
