So my appeal was sent in by the attorney and I received a letter today acknowledging Aetna has received it. The letter stated that depending on my plan, a response could be 15 or 30 days. So I called to find out which plan I have. The customer service rep I spoke with told me that the computer shows a resolution has been reached, but she said she won't be able to view the letter for another 2 days. But she did say that she saw "UPHELD LEVEL 1". She says she doesn't know what that means, but it doesn't sound good to me. Does anyone have any idea about this? Thanks! Wynde
