PLEASE PLEASE HELP. URGENT... GARY?? ANYONE???

So I went to see the surgeon today and he informed me I had an exclusion in my policy. I was completely crushed.  My surgeon gave me the name of some companies that do cover the procedure (RNY) and suggested I look for employment there.   I giggled and told him I couldn't, that I loved my job and I'm really badass at it.   I left the office feeling quite defeated.  I then called my boss and informed him of the news, and what the doctor suggested.  I then drove back to work.  He called me in his office and told me he called his boss, who called the corporate HR guy, and then called the owners of the company about it.  I work for a family owned company and the owners are really good people.  They own 19 properties but are always very  involved with each property and the managers.   Any way  I was told I have 24 hours to write a letter/ presentation for the big boss to take to the owners of why the should change this policy.    I have hope now but I'm so nervous of leaving something out.  I would love some ideas and feedback of what to include in this letter.  My entire future depends on this... please please help.
