On average, how have you fared against exclusions?
My employer is self-insured. Our insurance is through Preferred One but we use Benifit Admin. Systems (BAS) to administer the "Plan".
Our PLAN has an exclusion WLS, but Preferred One allows it. I am currently investigating the contradidction and will post pack when I hear more form my HR people.
