Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy-Insurance Code ???

Hello,  I was just approved by my insurance company for the lap band.  Just now, my surgeon's office is starting to perform the VSG, which I think would me a good option for me.  Does anyone know what the insurance code is for this surgery, so I can find out if my insurance covers it? I don't know the code that was used to get my approval from CIGNA but go to the VSG forum and I'm sure you will find the answer.

I have a question more than a response.   I have GHI insurance.  I did my 6 month required dr. supervised program.  I have a surgery date of 7-17-07.  Well, wouldn't you know GHI denied the request for surgery.  We are appealing, however I fear that the surgery is just not going to happen.  Does anyone else have GHI (in NY)?  If you do, did this happen to you?  Did they finally approve the surgery?  How long  did it take?  I HOPE someone  can help me.
