Insurance in Wisconsin

I'm going to be starting a new job in 1 month that doesn't offer health insurance so I'm going to be shopping around for personal health insurance coverage.  While I actually look at this is a great opportunity to finally have this surgery I'm a little lost as to where I should start looking for insurance that will cover the surgery.  Does anyone have advise in which insurance companies I should check out that will cover bariatric surgery? 

I have a couple of relatives that had WLS. They currently have Humana HMO.   That could be a starting point .
