New insurance - First Priority Life - NEPA - requirements change?

    My new insurance goes into effect today, it is First Priority Life through Blue Cross of North East, PA, it is a PPO plan.  My previous insurance was Blue Care PPO through Highmark Blue Cross, my previous insurance required the 6 month diet and all kinds of diet documentation. I'm wondering since my plan has changed if the requirements will have changed too? possibly for the better? anyone have experience with first priority life?  Thanks!
