I decide in March that this is what I want. I visited my Dr on 4/20, this was our first discussion about Lapband & wt. Loss etc. Which constitutes 6 months: April  May  June July August September  OR May  June  July  August  September  October Thanks

I believe your initial visit is your consult vist, then you need 6 consecutive weigh-ins after that.  So your 1st visit was the consult in April, then May - October would be your 6 months of weigh-ins.

I had this question too and as Gary said, I think it all depends on your insurance company. My consult counted as the first month for  GHI.
