Hi! I haven't been denied (yet...). I have been collecting appeal information for months and I posted some of it to my blog for July. Most of the information is about the duodenal switch. However, there is a gastric bypass appeal letter there. If you are interested, check out my profile. Not all the info will apply to you. But it is a good outline and may give you some good ideas on what you might want to say in your appeal letter. Hope it helps! Good luck.
