Hi There, I have Athem HealthKeepers Open Access. The policy says they to not cover WLS. Maybe this is a stupid question but does that mean, no matter what, I will not be approved?

It depends on your policy; is it just an exclusion, or is it not covered at all? I think we need more information in order to help you.
