I have noticed you have Empire BCBS as well and have answered all the posts helping others. I have Empire as well, cna you tell me if you did the 6 month observation diet? What specific medical records did they need? I have BMI of  44 and history of going not only to nutritionists but to Endocronologists and even my OB GYN has been seeing me for the past 10 years, but I don't have any consistant history of 6 months diet, do you thik I would approve?
